RA forms will not be accepted after 2 days of package delivery date. Once your RA form is approved and you have received RA #, please ship your package back to us in new/unused condition and original packaging. All damaged or defective items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. All damaged or defective returns will be credited to your account. Upon examination of the returned items, your account will be credited the original amount. For damaged items, please use tape to mark the place it is damaged. Doing so will expedite the process. We reserve the right to refuse any returns on negligible damages/defects. Any claims for size & color problems cannot be accepted. Please call the Customer Service for more specific sizing chart. All sales items are final. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
